We ship via Watkins Freight Lines. A a minimum of two people should be present at your location, to accept delivery. Truck drivers are in no way responsible for getting items off the truck, and they will NOT HELP YOU.

Free Shipping does not include a LIFT GATE or RESIDENCE FEE! This is an optional cost. A residence fee of $25 is additional to your purchase price to deliver a scooter to your home. To avoid the $25 residence fee we can ship your gas scooter to any place of business at no charge (Free Shipping).

WHAT IS A LIFT GATE?
A lift gate is a truck that is equipped with a back end loading or unloading device that will automatically lower your scooter to the ground. We recommend a lift gate for those who do not feel as though they will have adequate resources to unload over sized packages. Rad Scooters offers a Standard fee of $45 for any lift gate deliveries.
